Newy Yard Maintenance is seeking experienced Lawn and Garden Maintenance Crew Members in Warners Bay, NSW. You will oversee maintenance runs, deliver high-quality service, and build strong client relationships as part of a hands-on leadership team.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of lawn and garden maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of grass maintenance and pruning.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication with team members and clients.
• Safe operation of garden machinery and landscaping tools.
• Understanding of health and safety regulations for grounds maintenance.
• Physically fit for outdoor work in varied weather.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transport.
• Ability to prioritise multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Work in a team of lawn and garden maintenance staff, ensuring high standards.
• Perform mowing, garden care, hedge trimming, and general grounds maintenance.
• Communicate with clients to understand requirements and maintain relationships.
• Maintain and service garden equipment and machinery safely.
• Report progress, track hours, and prepare documentation.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and procedures.
• Contribute hands-on to maintenance tasks with the team.
