Job summary

Anglicare Sydney is seeking a reliable driver to collect and deliver laundry, ensuring timely service and strong safety practices. You will link customers with the laundry team, maintaining high standards of quality, safety and satisfaction.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading, adhering to road rules, and supporting the team to meet service standards, with a focus on safety and customer relations in a not-for-profit environment.

Qualifications

• Current NSW Driver's Licence with MR classification.
• Safe driving record and knowledge of road safety regulations.
• Physical ability to load and unload laundry deliveries.
• Ability to follow Anglicare's policies, procedures and safety requirements.

You will play a critical role in ensuring laundry collections and deliveries are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard. You will act as a key link between customers and the laundry team while maintaining a strong focus on workplace safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

What you'll bring

You are a dependable and proactive team player who takes pride in delivering excellent service. You can work efficiently under pressure, manage competing priorities and maintain a positive attitude throughout the day.

What's required:

• Current NSW Driver's Licence with the appropriate classification for the vehicle being operated (typically MR Licence).
• Safe driving record and sound knowledge of road safety regulations.
• Physical ability to load and unload laundry deliveries.
• Ability to work in accordance with Anglicare's policies, procedures and safety requirements.
