Qualifications

• Management/leadership experience and setting an example.
• Strong leadership skills to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
• Willingness to learn all aspects of automotive retail.
• Operational know-how in visual merchandising, stock control, loss prevention, and reporting.
• Commitment to safety and WHS standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead a store team to maximise sales and deliver seamless operations.
