Grill’d Brisbane is launching a brand-new restaurant and is recruiting Restaurant Manager and Assistant Restaurant Managers who bring energy, inspire teams, and thrive in a people-first culture.

As a Grill’d leader, you'll lead WOW moments for guests and staff, grow your skills, and play a key role in Local Matters and City Support Nights while enjoying uncapped bonuses and flexible work options.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast casual dining and team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of 20–50.
• Roster, recruitment, stock, and compliance with support from Area Managers.
• Support growth through check-ins, performance reviews, and talent pipelines.
• Know your numbers: manage profit & loss, budgets, and KPIs.
• Make a difference through Local Matters engagement with community groups.
• Lead the squad alongside the Restaurant Manager to inspire and guide your team.
• Hands-on action on the floor, grilling, running the floor, and supporting your team.
• Deliver quality with safety and high guest experience standards.
• Smash goals, drive performance, and celebrate wins.
• Coach & develop your team through workshops and on-the-job learning.
