You will shape the club culture from day one, create a thriving community, and deliver an exceptional member experience in a fast-paced environment.

This leadership role requires a strong sales mindset, the ability to coach and empower staff, and a hands-on approach to operations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, leadership or management.
• Strong sales mindset with ability to generate leads, convert enquiries and achieve KPIs.
• Confidence to lead, motivate and develop a team.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build genuine relationships.
• Proactive, hands-on approach</br>with a willingness to get involved in all areas of the business.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
• A passion for health, fitness and creating positive customer experiences.
• Ownership mentality — takes initiative and drives results.

Responsibilities

• Lead the launch of the new club, generating excitement and building a strong membership base from day one.
• Drive membership sales, lead generation, conversion and KPI achievement.
• Build and coach a motivated, high-performing team.
• Create a welcoming, energetic member experience and community connections.
• Oversee day-to-day club operations, administration and compliance.
• Develop strategies to grow the club’s presence in the local area.
