Job summary

Guzman y Gomez is hiring for a Late Night Crew on the Central Coast. Shifts run from 6pm to midnight, five days or more per week, depending on staffing. You may roll burritos, help in the kitchen, wash dishes, and greet customers, gaining exposure to all aspects of a busy restaurant.

Experience helps but isn’t essential. We value a can-do attitude, willingness to learn, and reliability. Perks include a free uniform, discounted meals, and participation in cultural celebrations.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality venues or fast-paced environments is helpful but not essential.
• Open to coaching, eager to learn, and willing to put in the effort.
• 'Can do' attitude and reliable to follow through.

Responsibilities

• Roll burritos and work on the line.
• Help in the back kitchen, wash dishes.
• Greet customers and take orders.
• Assist with daily running of a busy Guzman y Gomez.

Job Description

Our Late NightCrew members could be anywhere from 6pm - midnight any day of the week. You could be rolling burritos on the line, helping kitchen out the back, dishes, or greeting customers. You’ll get exposure to every aspect of what goes into running a busy, GYG business.

Experience is helpful, but it’s not everything. What we mean is:

• Experience in hospitality venues or fast paced environments is great but not essential
• You’re open to coaching, eager to learn and ready to put in the effort
• ‘Can do’ attitude and can be relied upon to follow through
