SILK Laser Clinics is seeking a Laser & Skin Therapist to deliver top-tier care, from laser hair removal to advanced skin treatments. You will conduct consultations, develop personalised treatment plans, and recommend products tailored to each client’s needs.

Qualifications

A Diploma in Beauty Therapy is required.
Proven ability to exceed individual sales targets and meet team KPIs.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to inspire, motivate, and build rapport with clients and colleagues.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while ensuring the highest level of clinic operations and client satisfaction.
Experience with medical-grade devices such as Candela Laser and Body Contouring (preferred, but not essential).

Responsibilities

Conduct consultations to assess client needs and goals.
Develop personalised treatment plans based on client assessments.
Recommend products tailored to each client's unique needs.
Ensure high standards of clinic operations and client satisfaction.
