Job summary

GreenGrass Lawns and Landscapes is expanding its landscaping and one-off jobs team in Toowoomba and surrounding areas. The role focuses on hands-on landscaping across residential and commercial properties, with a 4-day work week for full-time staff and casual opportunities available.

You’ll handle a variety of tasks from planting to paving, working independently and as part of a team, and have room to grow within the company.

Qualifications

• Experience in landscaping, horticulture, turfing, construction or similar hands-on work.
• Reliable, practical, keen to learn.
• Able to work as part of a team and use initiative.

Responsibilities

• Perform landscaping and landscape improvements.
• Planting and soil preparation.
• Turf installation and lawn rejuvenation.
• Garden clean-ups and transformations.
• Mulching and garden bed improvements.
• Hedging, pruning and plant care.
• Paving, edging and other landscape features.
• Handle materials and operate landscaping tools.
