Workfast is seeking a reliable Landscaping Team Leader to guide a crew in spraying and maintenance of public spaces across Brisbane, the Gold Coast and Logan. You will coordinate daily tasks, ensure safety and high-quality workmanship, and lead by example in outdoor environments.

The role is full-time with overtime, starts early, and based from the Yatala depot with travel to sites. Ideal candidates have landscaping experience, a White Card, a valid driver's license, and strong communication and

Formación

• 5+ years of landscaping or grounds maintenance experience
• Experience supervising a team
• Current White Card and valid driver's licence
• Experience using brush cutters and other landscaping equipment
• Knowledge of weed control and outdoor maintenance practices
• Chemical handling certificate preferred
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Physically fit and capable of hands-on duties

Responsabilidades

• Leading and supervising a team of landscape labourers
• Coordinating daily workloads and ensuring tasks are completed efficiently
• Performing landscape maintenance including hedging, brush cutting, pruning and knapsack spraying
• Overseeing weed control across street areas, footpaths and public spaces
• Ensuring correct use of equipment, spray packs and landscaping tools
• Monitoring work quality and safety procedures
• Assisting with general labouring duties and hands-on landscaping tasks
• Communicating with management regarding job progress and site requirements

Workfast is currently seeking a reliable and experienced Landscaping Team Leader to lead a team responsible for the spraying and maintenance of street areas, footpaths and public spaces across Brisbane, the Gold Coast and Logan.

• Competitive hourly rate + OT + Super
• 5am starts
• Monday – Friday
• Yatala depot location
• Overtime available
