Position Overview

As Landscape Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing onsite staff (team members) as required, undertaking garden maintenance to a high standard including pruning, weeding, spraying, litter collection and hedging. Maintaining regular communication with the maintenance team to ensure good overall understanding of project requirements. Project reporting online and communicating with/reporting back to the Maintenance Supervisor.

Key Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role within the landscaping or related field.
  • Ability to develop and evaluate effective maintenance procedures onsite.
  • Ability to support and communicate effectively with team members.
  • Ability to perform maintenance procedures including the use of associated plant/equipment.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks in various weather conditions.
