Job summary

Terrain Group is seeking a hardworking Landscape Labourer to join our growing team in Millgrove, Victoria. The role is hands-on outdoor work supporting residential and commercial landscaping projects, with emphasis on safety, quality, and teamwork.

Responsibilities include assisting with planting, grading, sod installation, site preparation, digging, loading materials, and operating hand and power tools. Wage is $20–$25 per hour, with opportunities for growth and advancement.

Qualifications

• Hands-on landscaping or landscape construction experience preferred.
• Ability to work outdoors in varied weather conditions.
• Strong teamwork and safety awareness required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with landscaping, property maintenance, and site preparation
• Assist with planting, grading, sod installation, and other landscaping tasks
• Perform digging, shovelling, raking, lifting, and general labour duties
• Load and unload materials, equipment, and tools; maintain site cleanliness
• Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently
• Follow instructions from the crew lead and adhere to safety standards
