Job summary

Green Brissie, a Springfield-based landscape design and maintenance business, is seeking a dedicated Landscape Gardener with at least 1 year of relevant experience.

You will prepare plans, select plants and materials, and assist with hardscape/softscape installations, ensuring quality workmanship and seasonal garden care. The role is full-time, on-site, with salary AUD 75,000–85,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant landscaping experience.
• Strong plant and soil knowledge with understanding of seasonal garden care.
• Physical ability to perform manual outdoor work in all weather conditions.
• Attention to detail, reliability, and strong time management skills.

• Scheduling landscape construction
• Setting out and installing hardscape and softscape structures
• Constructing gravel and paved areas, walls, fences, trellises, pergolas, ponds, barbecues and garden furniture

• Planting trees, bushes, hedges, flowers and bulbs
• Preparing lawn areas by spreading topsoil and planting grass, and by laying instant turf

We specialise in creating and maintaining beautiful, functional, and sustainable outdoor environments for both residential and commercial clients. With a commitment to quality workmanship and horticultural expertise, we are seeking a dedicated Landscape Gardener to join our professional and passionate team.

Key Responsibilities but not limited to:

• Preparing plans and drawings
