Job summary

GemLife in Moreton Bay, Queensland, is seeking an experienced Construction Landscaper to join our expanding residential construction team. The role involves delivering high-quality landscaped environments across new build areas and community spaces, starting as a casual position with a path to permanent employment.

Duties include tree and shrub planting, soft and hard landscaping, garden maintenance, site cleanup and, if licensed, small excavator operation.

Qualifications

• 2+ years landscaping experience, ideally in construction or commercial settings.
• White Card and current driver's licence required.
• Strong work ethic with team-focused attitude and safety awareness.

About the Role

Working on our expanding Moreton Bay resort development, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality landscaped environments across new construction areas and established community spaces. While this role starts out as a casual position, it will move into a permanent role for the successful person.

• Tree and shrub planting
• Soft and hard landscaping works
• General garden maintenance including pruning, hedging, mulching, irrigation and lawn care
• Site clean-up and upkeep of outdoor areas
• Small excavator operation (if licensed)

About You

• 2+ years' landscaping experience (construction or commercial preferred)
• White Card and current driver's licence
• Strong work ethic and team-focused attitude
• Reliable, motivated and safety-conscious
• Plant operating tickets advantageous but not essential
