Job summary

Arcadia Landscape Architecture is seeking a Landscape Architect to develop innovative, sustainable design solutions for Sydney’s parks, precincts, and waterfronts from concept to completion.

You will collaborate with clients, consultants and contractors in a studio that champions creativity and collaboration, while growing your project management and organisational skills in a project-focused environment.

Qualifications

• A Landscape Architect degree is required (Bachelor’s or Master’s).
• Strong design and documentation skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe CC and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Assist with managing diverse projects from concept through to completion.
• Develop innovative and sustainable design solutions for parks, precincts and waterfronts.
• Prepare detailed design documentation and technical specifications.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants and contractors for seamless delivery.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and within scope.
• Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback.

A glimpse into your day

• Assist with managing diverse projects from initial concept through to successful completion.
• Develop innovative and sustainable design solutions that push the boundaries of landscape architecture.
• Prepare comprehensive, detailed design documentation and technical specifications.
• Coordinate closely with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Deliver projects strictly on time, within budget, and according to the agreed scope.
• Participate in design reviews, providing and receiving constructive feedback to ensure excellence.
• Maintain project administration and documentation, ensuring reputation and quality are upheld throughout.

The expertise you’ll bring

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture or a closely related field.
• Demonstrated professional experience within the landscape architecture industry.
• High proficiency in AutoCAD,Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and MS Office.
• Strong design and documentation skills with an eye for technical detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
• Growing project management and organisational skills within a project‑focused environment.
• A genuine passion for sustainability and a drive for innovative, forward‑thinking design.
