Job summary

CTC in Adelaide is seeking an experienced Landscape Architect to contribute to a diverse portfolio across landscape, urban design and the public realm. You will work from concept through to delivery, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

The initial term is a 12-month contract with the potential for permanency for the right person. You’ll be supported to influence project outcomes and deliver high-quality documentation.

Qualifications

• Several years’ experience in a landscape architecture practice.
• Strong design and documentation capability.
• Confidence working across multiple project stages.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Interest in working within a genuinely multidisciplinary environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop landscape concepts, masterplans and design strategies.
• Produce and coordinate documentation through to construction.
• Develop planting, material selections, specifications and schedules.
• Work closely with clients, consultants and multidisciplinary teams.
• Contribute to presentations, stakeholder engagement and design reviews.
• Support projects through tender and construction, including site inspections and design resolution.

We’re working with a highly regarded multidisciplinary design practice known for delivering thoughtful, well-resolved projects across landscape, urban design and the public realm.

They’re looking for an experienced Landscape Architect to join their team and contribute to a diverse portfolio of projects across the full design and delivery process.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working across design, documentation and delivery, collaborating with talented people across multiple disciplines and having a genuine influence on the outcome of a project.

The initial requirement is a 12-month contract, covering a period of parental leave, with the potential for a permanent position for the right person.

The opportunity

You’ll work across a varied mix of landscape, public realm, urban and place-based projects, developing ideas from early concept and masterplanning through to detailed documentation and construction.

You’ll be involved in:

• Developing landscape concepts, masterplans and design strategies
• Producing and coordinating high-quality documentation through to construction
• Developing planting, material selections, specifications and schedules
• Working closely with clients, consultants and multidisciplinary teams
• Contributing to presentations, stakeholder engagement and design reviews
• Supporting projects through tender and construction, including site inspections and design resolution

About you

We’re looking for an experienced Landscape Architect who brings strong design thinking alongside the technical skills to see projects through to delivery.

You’ll ideally have:
