Job summary

Labourforce are actively seeking experienced HC/MC (auto) Metro/Regional Drivers to operate from a depot in Canning Vale. Roles require Monday to Friday day shifts, 10-hour days, with overtime as needed and a rate from $36 per hour plus casual loading.

Applicants must hold an Australian HC/MC license, have tanker delivery experience, and be confident using a dog & trailer. Immediate start and temp-to-perm opportunities available.

Qualifications

• Multi-drop HC/MC truck experience in Australia.
• Tanker deliveries experience with dog & trailer.
• Ability to work Monday to Friday in day shifts.
• Australian Automatic HC/MC license are essential and up to date.
• Strong computer literacy for RF scanners and tracking deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Deliver liquid products to multiple clients across Perth Metro and regional areas.
• Operate dog and trailer for tanker deliveries with confidence.
• Meet daily targets and ensure accurate, on-time deliveries.
• Use RF scanners, GPS and software to track routes and updates.
• Maintain safety and perform heavy lifting as required.

About the role:

• Must be able to work Monday to Friday
• DAY shifts on offer (6am start), 10 hour shifts with extra over time as required
• Pay rate from $36p/h + OT (casual loading included)
• Must have an Australian HC/MC drivers license
• Driving HC/MC trucks delivery liquid products to multiple clients around the Perth Metro areas and regional areas as required. Use of dog & trailer for tanker deliveries so must be confident!
• Manual Handling as required
• Immediate starts available!
• Temp to perm opportunity

You will need:

• Unlimited working rights in Australia (hours are full time) are essential
• Multi-drop HC/MC truck driving experience essential (minimum of 1 year experience in Australia)
• Must have experience with tanker deliveries and confident operating with a dog & trailer
• Australian AUTOMATIC HC/MC drivers license essential (must not have lost any more than 3 demerit points)
• Must be eager to work and able to commit to long hours!
• Have excellent recent experience as a driver for a busy DC
• Have excellent attention to detail
• Be computer literate (use of RF scanners, GPS & other software to track deliveries)
• Have good written and verbal communication skills
• Be fit, healthy and able to perform heavy lifting to unload trucks
• High level of pride in work
• Ability to work well within a team environment

All successful candidates will need to pass a pre-employment medical including drug and alcohol test.
