What you'll be doing

• Assisting skilled tradespeople with the setup, preparation, and completion of various projects and tasks
• Carrying out manual labour duties including loading, unloading, and transporting materials and equipment safely and efficiently
• Maintaining a clean and tidy work site, adhering to health and safety standards at all times
• Operating hand tools and basic machinery under supervision and instruction
• Supporting the team in meeting project deadlines and maintaining quality standards
• Following company policies, procedures, and safety protocols consistently
• Communicating effectively with supervisors and team members to ensure smooth operations
• Assisting with general maintenance and upkeep of tools, equipment, and work areas

What we're looking for

• Physical fitness and ability to perform demanding manual labour for extended periods
• Willingness to learn and work safely in compliance with all health and safety regulations
• Reliable, punctual, and committed approach to work
• Strong teamwork and communication skills with the ability to take direction from supervisors
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation
• A valid driver's licence
• Previous experience in construction, trades, or labour roles is advantageous but not essential
• Willingness to undergo relevant training and certifications as required by the role
