Job summary

Isaac Regional Council in St Lawrence is seeking motivated and reliable labourers to join the Parks and Recreation team on a full‑time permanent basis. You will help maintain parks, sportsgrounds, open spaces and community facilities to a high standard, reporting to the Team Leader Parks and Recreation.

The position offers a salary of $69,340.00 – $70,543.00 per annum, nominally 76 hours per fortnight, five weeks annual leave with loading, RDOs, up to 14.5% super, health cover and opportunities

Qualifications

• Maintain parks, sportsgrounds, open spaces and community facilities to a high standard.
• Outdoor labouring experience preferred.

Job description

We are currently seeking motivated and reliable labourers to join Isaac Regional Council’s Parks and Recreation team in a full time permanent capacity, based in St Lawrence. Reporting to the Team Leader Parks and Recreation, you will play a key role in maintaining our parks, sportsgrounds, open spaces, and community facilities to a high standard. If you are successful in this position, you will receive:

• Salary $69,340.00 - $70,543.00 per annum (Stream B, Level 2-3)
• Nominally 76 hours per fortnight (Monday to Friday)
• 5 weeks annual leave @ 17.5% loading
• RDO’s in accordance with Council Policy
• Up to 14.5% super in accordance with Council Policy
