Job summary

Randstad Pty is seeking energetic Parks & Gardens Labourers for a seasonal summer opportunity in NSW. The role involves outdoor, hands-on work shaping community parks and sports fields using mowers, trimmers, and basic garden machinery.

You will prune, mulch, plant, weed, and help keep spaces clean and welcoming for the community. A White Card is essential, with MR Licence and horticulture certificates desirable for progression.

Qualifications

• Outdoor physical work is required.
• Clean driving record and valid licence essential.
• White Card must be held before start.
• MR Licence and Chainsaw/ horticulture certificates are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Operate ride-on mowers, push mumbers, and line trimmers to shape parks and fields.
• Prune, mulch, plant, and weed to maintain attractive spaces.
• Clear waste and maintain park grounds for a clean community area.
• Use and care for power tools and garden machinery.
• Uphold WHS standards while working in a team environment.

• Crafting Green Spaces: Operating ride-on mowers, push mowers, and line trimmers to shape community parks and sports fields.

• Nurturing Nature: Pruning, mulching, planting, and keeping weeds at bay so local gardens look their absolute best.

• Keeping it Fresh: Clearing waste, maintaining park grounds, and keeping the community clean.

• Mastering the Tools: Hands-on operation and basic care of power tools, garden machinery, and outdoor equipment.

• Safe & Smart: Working closely with a tight-knit team while upholding Work Health & Safety (WHS) standards.
