Workforce United are seeking experienced and skilled labourers to join our dynamic team Across Sydney, NSW. As a casual labourer, you will play a crucial role in supporting our diverse range of projects and contributing to the success of our operations. Whether you have a specific trade or specialised skill set, we encourage you to apply.

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2 Years Experience in Building and Construction in Australia
• Demonstrated experience as a skilled labourer, with a strong understanding of construction processes and site operations
• Relevant trade qualifications or certifications will be an advantage (Eg: WAH, EWP, Render, Bricklayers, HRWL)
• Experience (where required) in operating a range of power tools and/or machinery, with a commitment to safe work practices
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on collaborating effectively with colleagues
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges

What you'll be doing

• Performing a variety of manual labour tasks, such as construction, demolition, Remediation or general site work
• Operating specialised equipment and machinery as required, with a focus on safety and efficiency
• Assisting tradespeople and other team members to complete projects on time and to the highest standards
• Maintaining a clean and organised work environment, adhering to all health and safety protocols
• Collaborating with the broader team to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings
