Job summary

RS3 Solutions Pty in Perth is seeking a hands-on L2 Support Engineer to join our Perth team. You’ll handle incident and request resolution for our MSP clients, respond to alerts, and work closely with Senior L2/L3 engineers to resolve issues onsite and remotely.

The role emphasizes customer-facing support, desktop and server troubleshooting, and maintaining secure, reliable end-user environments across Windows, Microsoft 365, Intune and networking gear.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in an IT Support or MSP role.
• Strong experience in desktop support, hardware deployment and troubleshooting.
• Demonstrable troubleshooting and technical support skills.
• Exposure to server, network and security infrastructure.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID and Intune.

Responsibilities

• Handle incident and request resolution for Managed Services customers.
• Respond to alerts across monitoring tools and resolve issues.
• Attend client sites when needed and collaborate with senior engineers.
• Identify improvements and risks in customer environments.
