Job summary

Greene King pubs is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to guide a busy kitchen, ensuring every dish meets high standards and service runs smoothly. You will support the team, promote teamwork, and uphold hygiene and safety protocols while delivering consistently excellent meals.

As a hands-on leader, you will deputise for management when needed and help coordinate a high-pressure service, maintaining pace and quality across all tasks with a focus on guest satisfaction.
