Job summary

Funlab’s Holey Moley Golf Club in Karrinyup is hiring a Kitchen Manager to lead daily kitchen operations, ensure high food presentation, manage stock, and uphold hygiene and safety standards. You’ll train casual kitchen team members and collaborate with front-of-house.

We value a people-first culture and growth opportunities; requires 2–3 years in a busy kitchen, strong communication, and weekend/night availability. Seven-day operation with opportunities across our national venues.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years working in a busy kitchen.
• Desire to take your kitchen career to the next level.
• Excellent communication skills are essential.
• Knowledge of high quality food and presentation.
• Good time management and organisational skills.
• Commitment to hygiene, food handling and safety procedures.
• Self-motivation with ability to work in a team.
• Passion for excellent service and a positive attitude.
• Great availability including weekends and nights.

Responsibilities

• Run kitchen operations and oversee the daily kitchen workflow.
