Our client located in Terrey Hills are looking for experienced Kitchen Hand / Catering Assistant to join their team in a hospital environment!

Responsibilities

• Using a commercial dishwasher to ensure dishes are ready for dinner service and cleaned after service
• Food preparation – cutting and preparing foods
• Cleaning kitchen area – mopping, wiping and sanitising surfaces
• Organising food supplies and pantry inventory
• Assisting chefs/sous chefs with cooking

Schedule

Monday to Friday 12pm-8pm and potential weekend work

Qualifications

• 2025 flu vaccine - willing to obtain
• Ability to follow safe food practice
• National Police Check – willing to obtain
• Food Handlers Certificate – not mandatory
