Job summary

ALH Hotels is seeking a Kitchen Attendant for the Albion Hotel. You will support kitchen functionality, assist with food prep, and help maintain cleanliness and safety across the kitchen and related areas.

This hands-on role requires attention to detail, reliability and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Flexible availability across days, evenings and weekends is preferred to cover shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience in kitchen environment is a plus.
• Ability to work independently or in a team.
• Willingness to perform routine tasks and keep high hygiene standards.

Responsibilities

• Engage in food preparation and other tasks as directed by the team leader.
• Identify and address cleaning opportunities in all kitchen areas per safety standards.
• Contribute to a culture of safety and procedural compliance in the kitchen.
