Job summary

ALDI Stores in Melbourne is seeking a casual Junior Store Assistant to support daily store operations and customer service. You will help customers find products, keep shelves tidy and assist with stock replenishment in a fast-paced retail environment.

The role offers weekend and after-school hours work, with a focus on teamwork, reliability and attention to detail. Training is provided to develop retail skills for current and future growth at ALDI.

Qualifications

• Weekend availability including after-school hours 4pm–9pm and school holidays.
• Positive attitude with eagerness to learn and grow.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Great eye for detail and noticing when things look out of place.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers on the shop floor with a smile.
• Keep aisles organized, clean and looking tidy.
• Back-of-store duties including unloading and stocking shelves.
