Collins Foods Limited is seeking a Restaurant General Manager for KFC Rockhampton, Australia. This hands-on leadership role will guide a crew to deliver memorable guest experiences while overseeing rosters, inventory, training and performance.

You will ensure safety, hygiene, and consistent quality across operations. The role requires a proven track record in restaurant or hospitality management, strong leadership and communication, and a practical approach to payroll, P&L, and store
