Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Keycloak Analyst/Developer to support authentication across a distributed environment. The role suits someone in early–mid career in IAM, able to configure Keycloak, support federation patterns, and contribute to DevSecOps under guidance.

We require 2–4 years IAM experience, 1–2+ years Keycloak experience, and familiarity with LDAP. Onsite 5 days a week in Sydney, with Accenture's flexible work options and career development opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years’ experience in IAM / security engineering / related platform roles.
• 1–2+ years’ experience with Keycloak (or equivalent IdP), plus strong fundamentals in OIDC/OAuth2 and/or SAML.
• Familiarity with directory concepts and LDAP integration.
• Strong attention to detail and delivery discipline.

Responsibilities

• Configure standard Keycloak capabilities including SSO and identity brokering using OIDC/SAML.
• Support directory/identity integration patterns (e.g., LDAP federation) and assist with token/claims mapping.
• Implement defined authentication flows (including MFA and secure policy settings) under guidance.
• Assist with configuration-as-code tasks (version control, promotion steps, environment consistency) as part of DevSecOps.
• Support defect investigation, configuration updates, and documentation of Keycloak configuration and operational procedures.

About the role
