This role has primary responsibility for developing and maintaining long‑term positive relationships with a portfolio of key account customers to support accurate billing and delivery of a superior customer service experience. This role requires premium customer service skills, well‑developed written and verbal communication, as well as the ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for successful outcomes.
We are looking for a full‑time permanent Key Account Liaison located within the Canberra region. This person would be required to attend in person at the Icon Water offices or other customer locations within the ACT and surrounding areas.
We seek an articulate, well‑presented person with a keen eye for detail, a solution‑focused mindset, and a passion for customer service excellence. This person will work autonomously within a small team, must be self‑driven, and have the ability to proactively create and enact key account customer management strategies, strong report writing abilities, and a demonstrated skill in negotiation and collaboration for win‑win outcomes.
Experience in the utility or related industries is preferred but not essential.
