Job summary

Emanuel School in Randwick, NSW seeks a Head of Gifted Education (K-6) to lead identification, tracking and development of high potential learners within the Primary School. This full-time role includes leadership duties, contributing to the Gifted Education Strategy and cross-team collaboration.

The successful applicant will hold NESA accreditation, a current Working With Children Check and a proven track record in gifted education.

Qualifications

• Must have proven track record in gifted education and leadership.
• Current NESA accreditation and a valid Working With Children Check.
• Experience delivering engaging music programs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Gifted Education strategy for K-6 across the Primary School.
• Identify, track and support high-potential students with evidence-informed practices.
• Provide leadership within the Primary School Executive Team and support classroom teaching.
