Qualifications

• Able to set the right tone from the start for classroom management.

Responsibilities

• Follow regular lesson plans to ensure consistency and optimal learning; encourage student participation.
• Assign classwork and homework per lesson plans.
• Modify teaching styles to fit diverse learning styles.
• Maintain a well-managed classroom and positive learning environment.
• Supervise students during transitions and in the cafeteria.
• Create lesson plans, grade work/tests, and attend parent-teacher conferences for long-term subs.
