Job summary

Fairfield Community Schools is seeking a Junior Varsity Head Softball Coach for Fairfield Jr-Sr High School. The position focuses on developing talent, teaching softball fundamentals, and implementing season plans with the Athletic Director.

The successful candidate will demonstrate leadership, communicate effectively with players and families, and uphold high standards of safety and sportsmanship throughout the spring season.

Title: Junior Varsity Head Softball Coach

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years of age
• Have at least a high school diploma or GED
• Must be trained to drive Activity Bus
• Must complete 5 mandatory online NFHS Learn courses prior to the first practice
• Complete and pass an Expanded Criminal Background and CPS Check

Compensation:

• Competitive pay based upon experience
