Job summary

Peoplebank is seeking three Junior Test Analysts for an initial 9‑month contract (extendable to 24 months). This hybrid role supports offices across QLD, ACT, VIC, NSW, and SA, with Canberra or other locations strongly preferred two days per week.

You will assist in testing core business systems, draft test scripts, run manual tests, and document plans and results. The role involves collaboration with BAs, SAs, and SMEs in an Agile environment, with exposure to Siebel, Salesforce, and .NET

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience (3-5 years) in manual testing, with a strong understanding of testing principles and practices.
• Experience analysing business requirements, user stories, and design documentation to develop effective test cases and scripts.
• Capability to execute manual tests, identify, and document defects, and support troubleshooting and retesting.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders across various teams.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and deliver quality results within deadlines.
• Exposure or experience working with technologies such as .Net, Seibel, or Salesforce applications is advantageous.

Our client is seeking three Junior Test Analysts to join a dynamic team on an initial 9-month contract, with potential extensions up to a total of 24 months. This hybrid role offers flexibility, with work locations in Queensland, ACT, Victoria, New South Wales, or South Australia. Ideally, the successful candidate will work from our client’s Canberra or other office locations at least two days per week.

As the selected candidate, you will:

• Knowledge of test design techniques and the use of testing tools to support project delivery.
• Accessibility testing experience is a plus.
