MedNext is seeking a Junior Technical Support Engineer to provide first-level support to Australian healthcare clients using our PMS. You will respond to queries, guide users through workflows, and troubleshoot basic issues from a remote setup.

Structured product training will be provided, with a clear career growth pathway into senior roles. The role includes work-from-home setup and exposure to Australian healthcare systems.

Qualifications

0–1 year experience in IT support or SaaS support.
Fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
Basic understanding of Windows environments and databases.

Responsibilities

Respond to client queries via phone, email, and remote sessions.
Assist users with system navigation and workflows.
Troubleshoot basic technical and product issues.
Escalate complex issues to senior team members.
Document issues clearly and accurately.
