The Swan Group is hiring enthusiastic juniors for our three bakery locations in Tailem Bend, Mannum and Murray Bridge to join the front-of-house team as Junior Shop Assistants. You'll help serve customers, restock the drinks fridge, keep displays looking their best, wash dishes, and support the wider team in a fast-paced, friendly environment.

About The Role

As a Junior Shop Assistant, you'll be an important part of our front-of-house team, helping keep our stores running smoothly and providing friendly service to our customers.

This position is available across all three of our bakery locations — Tailem Bend, Mannum and Murray Bridge.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Serving customers in a friendly and helpful manner
• Restocking and keeping the drinks fridge full
• Washing dishes and maintaining a clean and tidy workspace
• Assisting with back-of-house packing and general bakery duties
• Keeping displays and shop areas looking their best
• Supporting the wider team wherever needed

This is a fast-paced and hands-on role that requires reliability, attention to detail and good communication skills. It's a great opportunity for a junior team member to gain valuable experience in customer service and the hospitality industry.
