Gough Recruitment is recruiting a Junior Property Manager to join a leading real estate group in Sydney’s Inner West/Parramatta corridor. With a portfolio of over 6,000 residential properties, the team offers structured support and clear career progression.

You will be part of a growing Property Management department, receiving ongoing training and working with experienced professionals to manage inspections, lease renewals, and documentation efficiently.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience within real estate or property management.
• Current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable car.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organisation and attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn and build a long-term career in Property Management.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and conduct routine inspections.
• Complete ingoing and outgoing inspections.
• Coordinate lease renewals and negotiations.
• Prepare residential leases.
• Coordinate lease signing and documentation.
• Liaise professionally with tenants and landlords.
• Support the wider Property Management team.
• Ensure accurate records and documentation are maintained.
