Through our unique mix of robust technology and comprehensive industry expertise, IDS enables governments, corporates and consumers to meet their property valuation needs.

What You'll Do
  • Drive end-to-end delivery of our SaaS implementation roadmap upgrades for government clients - owning scope, timelines, budget and quality while keeping everyone aligned and informed.
  • Partner closely with Product, Engineering and PMO teams to deliver high-impact outcomes using our hybrid Agile and Waterfall delivery practices.
  • Act as a trusted client-facing advisor - building strong stakeholder relationships and ensuring each project delivers real business value and ROI.
  • Drive governance and reporting frameworks that give clarity and confidence to our PMO and Executive teams.
  • Identify, manage and mitigate risks, issues and change requests - keeping projects moving smoothly and transparently.
  • Track project performance, financials and success metrics - documenting milestones and ensuring benefits are realised in line with the business case.
  • Plan and coordinate release activities - managing cross-team dependencies, resolving challenges and communicating release impacts clearly.
  • Contribute to a high-performing, collaborative team culture - embedding best practice, encouraging engagement and helping shape the future of government property technology.
