EBR Ever Better Recruitment – Sydney NSW is seeking a Junior Product Manager for a leading Fin-tech company. The role is full-time and involves collaborating with UI/UX designers, project managers and development teams to meet client needs.

You should have 1–2 years’ experience, IT qualification or vendor certification, CRM experience, and strong communication, documentation, storyboarding and storytelling skills.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Experience working with UI/UX designers and development teams.
• CRM system experience in a large organisation.
• IT qualification or vendor certification.

Responsibilities

• Work with the project manager, stakeholders and the development team to meet client needs.
• Work with clients to understand and analyse business processes.
• Be responsible for documentation, user testing and providing quality feedback from start to end of a project.
