Job summary

McCullough Robertson Lawyers is seeking a junior Planning and Environment lawyer to join our Sydney-based team. You will work closely with a Partner and collaborate with our national Planning and Environment practice in Brisbane.

Your client portfolio includes government bodies, developers, property owners and funds. You will gain broad exposure to planning, environmental and building matters, taking part in appeals and enforcement proceedings and drafting infrastructure agreements.

Qualifications

• Specialist knowledge in planning and environment law.

Responsibilities

• Involved in appeals and enforcement proceedings in the Planning and Environment Court.
• Advise on planning, environmental and building matters.
• Draft and negotiate infrastructure agreements.
• Advise on governance and rating issues for local governments and health prosecutions.
• Provide strategic advice on infrastructure planning, charges and agreements.
