You will handle Level 1 support, troubleshoot issues and support Cisco Meraki, Aruba and Fortinet environments.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in a Service Desk, Help Desk or IT Support role.
• Strong networking fundamentals including switching, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs and VPN.
• Passion for networking and infrastructure technologies.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 technical support via phone, email and ticketing systems.
• Log, prioritise and manage incidents in line with SLAs.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking and connectivity issues.
• Support Cisco, Aruba, Meraki and Fortinet environments.
• Assist with switching, wireless, VPN and remote connectivity troubleshooting.
• Configure and support desktops, laptops and mobile devices.
• Perform Microsoft 365 and Active Directory administration.
• Escalate complex technical issues while working closely with senior Network Engineers.
• Document incidents, resolutions and technical knowledge articles.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while keeping users informed throughout the support process.
