Qualifications

• LLB degree required.
• Admitted as a lawyer in NSW with current practising certificate.
• Minimum 6–12 months’ experience in Australian Migration Law.
• Knowledge of Australian migration law and visa processes.
• Experience preparing visa applications and legal submissions.
• Commitment to exceptional client service.

Responsibilities

• Take instructions from Team Leader and supervising lawyers.
• Handle initial client inquiries by phone/email and assist with assessments.
• Provide timely, professional client communications.
• Assist senior lawyers with client matters under supervision.
• Review documents for completeness and follow up with clients.
• Prepare client advice, correspondence, and submissions.
• Prepare submissions for visa applications and immigration matters.
• Support tribunal and court matter preparation.
• Attend tribunal/court hearings as directed.
• Maintain and file matter documents and records.
• Monitor outstanding fees and assist with collections.
