Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Graphic Design or related field.
• Proficiency with Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign.
• Experience creating digital marketing assets (eDMs, web ads).
• Strong eye for detail and ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

We are looking for a passionate and creative Graphic Designer to join our Product Development and Marketing team in Keysborough. Working closely with our Senior Graphic Designer, this is an exciting opportunity for a graduate or early-career designer looking to build their experience within a dynamic and fast-paced business. In this role, you'll gain hands-on experience across both graphic design and product development, contributing to the creation of marketing assets, licensed and non-licensed costume ranges, product packaging, presentations, and digital content.

Key responsibilities

• Creating engaging marketing materials for both print and digital channels
• Designing social media content, eDMs, presentations and web assets
• Editing and retouching product photography and imagery
• Assisting with the development of licensed and non-licensed costume ranges
• Supporting the product approval process with licensors and internal stakeholders
• Ensuring all creative work aligns with brand guidelines and licensing requirements
• Managing multiple projects while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Collaborating with internal teams across Product Development, Sales and Marketing
