Remo Contractors Pty Ltd are offering an exciting 6 month full-time employment contract opportunity for a Junior/Graduate Civil Construction Project Manager to join our family owned and operated business.

Remo Contractors Pty Ltd is a family owned business that provides civil construction, concrete and transport services to Local Government Councils, tier one firms and builders throughout South Australia. About the role

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Define project objectives, scope, roles and responsibilities
  • Work closely with the Senior Project Management Team
  • Outline budgets based on requirements and tracking costs to deliver project on budget
  • Ensure all work is completed in line with the company's quality management system
  • Manage the relationship and communication with the client and all stakeholders, ensuring works are delivered to their satisfaction
  • Management of sub-contractors, including performance monitoring and financial management
  • Drafting and submitting progress claims and invoices
  • Undertake frequent site inspections and audits to assess compliance to HSEQ policies and procedures
Skills & Experience

The successful candidate for this role must be able to demonstrate:

  • Professional interpersonal and communications skills
  • Good team player and effective leader who is able to motivate their project team
  • Good time management skills and the ability to handle and prioritise multiple tasks at once
  • Experienced in MS Office software
  • A high level of verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly developed time management, scheduling, planning and organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Must hold a current valid Australian Drivers Licence
  • Must hold a Construction Industry White Card
