NLG is seeking a passionate Family Lawyer to join our supportive, fast-paced team in Sydney. You will handle parenting, property settlements, divorce, and binding financial agreements, drafting documents and attending mediations with guidance.

With 2+ years PAE, you will thrive in a collaborative environment, benefit from mentoring and career progression, and enjoy a brand-new office at 201 Elizabeth Street with Hyde Park and Harbour views.

Qualifications

• 2+ years PAE in family law with strong interest and exposure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Working on a range of family law matters including parenting, property settlements, divorce, and binding financial agreements.
• Drafting legal documents and correspondence.
• Attending court appearances and mediations (with guidance and support).
• Managing your own files with supervision as needed.
• Supporting senior lawyers on complex cases.
• Wills and estates experience is a bonus.
