About You:
  • Hold a current practising certificate.

  • 1-3 years' post‑admission experience in commercial litigation, dispute resolution, and/or commercial law.

  • Strong drafting abilities, with the capacity to produce clear, concise, and persuasive written work.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive approach to managing matters from start to finish.

  • Confidence engaging with clients, counsel, courts, and other stakeholders.

  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex legal issues.

  • Sound commercial judgment and a pragmatic, solutions‑focused approach.

  • The ability to manage competing priorities and perform effectively in a fast‑paced environment.

  • Experience using Smokeball or other legal practice management software will be highly regarded.
