Qualificações

• Completion of or working towards a degree or diploma in accounting or a related discipline
• 1+ years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in accounts payable or receivable
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team
• A problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to resolving issues

Responsabilidades

• Accounts Payable: process vendor invoices with correct coding, approvals and timely payments; manage electronic payments and reconciliations.
• Accounts Receivable: generate sales invoices, oversee payment reminders and cash flow, and apply payments to customer accounts.
• Accounting Processes: perform month-end tasks, reconciliations and prepare financial summaries; coordinate cross-functional workflows.
