Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting support for the dealership.
• Process and reconcile Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable transactions.
• Prepare invoices, receipts, payment records, and supporting documentation.
• Assist with bank reconciliations, supplier statements, and customer account follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate financial records in SAP and other finance systems.
• Support month-end closing, reporting, and general ledger reconciliation.
• Liaise with dealership managers, sales, admin, and head office finance teams.
• Assist with expense claims, commission-related data, and dealership financial reporting.

About the Role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented and reliable Dealership Accountant. This role will support the dealership’s daily finance operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, reporting, and financial administration.

This is a great opportunity for an accounting graduate or experienced accounting professional with automotive dealership experience, AP/AR experience, and strong system skills to join a fast‑growing EV automotive group.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting support for the dealership
