NC Slater Joinery is seeking a full-time Joiner/Installer in Sydney, NSW, to help install and finish high-quality joinery products. The role involves cabinet making, kitchen, bathrooms, wardrobes, and site installations.

You will read drawings, prepare layouts, select materials, and ensure safety and craftsmanship while coordinating with clients and project managers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Joiner/Installer.
• Relevant joinery or carpentry qualifications.
• Proficient with hand and power tools, including track saw.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality.
• Safe working practices are essential.

Responsabilités

• Install joinery products including cabinets, kitchens, bathrooms and wardrobes.
• Provide joinery services for commercial and residential projects.
• Perform joinery factory work and cabinet making.
• Study drawings/specs to determine materials and dimensions.
• Prepare layouts and select materials.
• Erect framing, panelized systems and roof structures.
• Maintain quality and craftsmanship standards.
• Follow safety protocols at all times.
• Communicate with team, clients and project managers.
• Maintain timesheets and records.

Are you a skilled Joiner/Installer looking for an exciting opportunity to work with a reputable company? Look no further! We are seeking a talented full time Joiner/Installer to join our team at NC Slater Joinery. As a Joiner/Installer, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful installation and finishing of our high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities

JOINERY Installation: responsibilities included, but not limited to:

• Joinery Installation, including cabinet, kitchen, bathrooms, and wardrobes
• Joinery services, including commercial and residential
• Joinery factory work, including cabinet making
• Studying drawings and specifications to determine materials and dimensions required
• Selecting materials and preparing layouts
• Erecting framework, panelized systems and roof framing
• Cutting wood joints
• Ensure all installations meet our high standards of quality and craftsmanship
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines at all times to ensure a safe working environment
• Effectively communicate with team members, clients, and project managers to ensure project requirements are met
• Maintain accurate records of timesheets, work completed, and any client requests or changes

Requirements

• Proven Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Joiner/Installer
• Trade Qualifications: Relevant joinery or carpentry qualifications
• Skills: Proficient in using hand and power and joinery tools, including track saw
• Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work
• Team Player: Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Safety: Demonstrated commitment to workplace safety
