Job summary

eTeam is seeking a skilled Java developer in Sydney to advance Spring-based applications and RESTful services. You will work across backend and frontend layers, integrating with AWS cloud services and CI/CD pipelines. Strong collaboration in an Agile environment is expected.

The role emphasizes Spring, Spring Boot, ReactJS, Tomcat, and modern development tooling. Experience with database ORM and automated infrastructure is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Java development experience is expected.
• Proven experience with Spring and Spring Boot.
• Frontend experience in ReactJS and designing RESTful APIs.
• Strong knowledge of Tomcat and Jenkins in CI/CD pipelines.
• Proficiency with Gradle and IntelliJ IDEA as development tools.
• Experience with relational databases and ORM technologies.
• AWS cloud experience including serverless Lambdas and Ansible automation.
• Familiarity with CI/CD practices and process improvements.
• Basic working knowledge of Agile methods (BDD, TDD, Pair Programming).
