Job summary

Xavier College invites applications for an Italian Teacher to join the founding staff of the brand new Riverlea Park (R-6) campus opening January 2027. This position is negotiable as part-time or full-time for the right candidate.

You will play a pivotal role in establishing the college community, shaping culture and learning experiences to inspire students and foster a love of language and culture in young learners.

Qualifications

• Passionate educator with ability to foster language and culture in young learners.
• Inspire students to develop their communication skills, cultural understanding and confidence in using Italian.
• Create an inclusive and engaging learning environment that encourages curiosity, participation and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Teach Italian to R-6 at Riverlea Park campus, supporting the founding staff.
• Help establish the language program and shape the learning culture for the new campus opening Jan 2027.
